Amy Shackell has baked from the age of 12 and has taken several professional classes to develop her skills. She brings a passion to baking and holds herself to exacting standards. As the daughter of a former British Diplomat, Amy is well acquainted with what constitutes quality and has provided baked goods for receptions hosted by her father.
